Conway has combined his managerial skills and knowledge of the local market to ensure any bar’s success and stability in the city of Los Angeles. He has turned a passion into a long-standing and well-reputable career, mixing inventive and premier cocktails to guarantee customer satisfaction as he perfects the art of the bar.

Conway has worked as a bartender and mixologist at some of the most recognized and notable bars in Los Angeles, such as Harvard and Stone, nominated as one of the hottest bars in the world; La Descarga recognized as one of the best rum bars in the nation; and The Abbey Food and Bar, known as one of the most popular bars in Los Angeles.

He consulted for Old Fields Liquor Room, Loteria Grill, and Casa Cabo Restaurant, where he strengthened his communication and managerial skills, as well as sharpened his ability to predict trends and create bespoke strategies for each location to warrant success. Conway further strengthened his reputation among tastemakers in Los Angeles by bartending private VIP events, where he would oversee the bar’s execution and cocktail management through the evening.

Conway has helped shape the premium cocktail program at Voodoo Bayou, focusing on high-end products and local makers.
